Rates

From March 1st to October 31st tourist tax for farmhouse guests at a cost of 1.50 euros per day per person, for a maximum of 5 days of stay, excluding children up to 12 years old.

Prices per day:

   - €30.00/45.00 per person. These prices may vary depending on the period, the number of people and the days

Extra:

  - Possibility of cot for newborn: €30.00 / week

Note:

    - Credit cards accepted
    - €30.00 for final cleaning for the Torre 4 and Rosmarino 2 apartments must be added to the weekly price
    - €20.00 for final cleaning for the Capanna, Rosmarino 3, Girasole apartments must be added to the weekly price
    - In the winter months the cost of heating is €5/m3
    - Pets are not allowed

Prices include:

    - Use of washing machine
    - Use of swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas
    - Linen change (weekly)
    - WIFI

    - Possibility of visiting the cellars with direct sale of Chianti Colli Senesi, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Grappa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
